SixFiveNine Interactive LLC · Version 2026-08-28

SixFiveNine offers head-to-head, skill-based competition. Matches are discrete, opt-in events: there is no continuous wagering loop, no near-miss presentation, and no chance-based purchases. We provide the information and resources on this page because player wellbeing matters regardless of how a game is classified.

Who can play

  • You must be 18 or older. Signup rejects under-18 dates of birth before an account is created, and government-ID identity verification is required before any cash play.
  • Cash play requires verified identity before money moves, not just at withdrawal.
  • Cash play is offered only to players physically located in eligible U.S. states. It is not available in Arkansas, Connecticut, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, South Carolina, or Tennessee, or outside the United States.
  • Your location is verified server-side on every cash session; it cannot be self-reported.

Guardrails built into the platform

  • Deposits: $5 minimum, $2,000 maximum per transaction, $5,000 maximum per rolling 24 hours.
  • Withdrawals: capped per request and per rolling 24 hours ($2,000 and $5,000 at current settings), and paid only back to the card you deposited with; funds never exit to a third-party instrument.
  • No credit from us, ever. SixFiveNine never extends credit, and your balance can never go negative.
  • Entry fees are held in escrow for the match. If a match is abandoned or can't complete, stakes are automatically refunded.
  • All matches on SixFiveNine are cash wagering between players: every match is a discrete, opt-in event at a stake you choose before it starts. There is no continuous-play format and no way to raise a stake mid-match. (A free offline practice tutorial exists for learning the rules — it has no stakes and no opponent.)
  • No loot boxes and no chance-based purchases of any kind.

Taking a break: self-exclusion

You can ask to be excluded from all cash play by contacting support@sixfivenine.io from your registered email. Exclusion is handled by our team today, not by an in-app switch. While an exclusion stands, cash-match entry and withdrawals are blocked at the transaction level, no new deposit can be started, and switching into cash mode is denied. If a deposit was already in flight when the exclusion landed, its funds are parked on hold and can never be played. Exclusions run for a minimum of three months, or permanently if you ask; reinstatement after the term requires a written request plus a seven-day waiting period, and never happens early.

Excluding yourself never forfeits your money. Your remaining balance is returned to you through an operator-assisted process, and any prize owed from an already-completed match is held safely and paid out on review, subject to completed compliance review and any legal restrictions that apply to the funds.

You can also delete your account from Settings at any time. (Deletion is deferred while you are seated in a started tournament or an active real-money match, or while your account is under a regulatory compliance restriction that requires us to preserve it; records we must keep by law are retained — see the Privacy Policy.)

Personal limits

Player-configurable deposit, loss, and session limits are in development and not yet available in-app. Until that tooling ships: support acts on written requests for personal restrictions on a best-effort basis (the tool available today is a full cash-play block, up to and including permanent exclusion), and the platform-wide caps above bound every account's exposure regardless.

Warning signs

If any of these sound familiar, please consider taking a break and reaching out:

  • Playing with money needed for essentials
  • Chasing losses with escalating stakes
  • Borrowing money to play
  • Hiding play from family or friends
  • Feeling distress, anger, or desperation about play
  • Wanting to reverse a self-exclusion you asked for
